What you need:

1. Your name
Your name will be listed in the meetup graphic we create and post here.

2. Meetup name
Example: Naruto Meetup — Anime San Diego 2026

​

3. Meetup location
Review the location options image above for available meetup locations.

​

4. Meetup date
Example: Saturday, September 5th

​

5. Meetup time
Example: 3:00 PM

​

6. Meetup image
Find an image that represents your meetup. This can be a wallpaper from the show, a character image, a past meetup photo, etc. Please make sure it is a clear, high-resolution image.

FINAL STEP

7. Send all of the above information, along with your attached meetup image/graphic, to [support@animesandiego.com]

Make sure the email subject line is: “Anime San Diego 2026 Meetup”

​

NOTE: If you have a link you’d like to add to your meetup, such as a Facebook event link, Eventbrite link, Discord link, etc., please include it in your email.

A link is not required to create a meetup.

​

Once you email us your meetup information, it will be reviewed. If approved, it will be added to this page as an official meetup for everyone to see.
