Have a great panel idea? Anime San Diego 2026 is now accepting panel submissions!

 

We’re looking for fun, engaging, and fan-focused programming covering anime, cosplay, gaming, pop culture, fandom, and more. Whether you’re hosting a discussion, workshop, game show, Q&A, or interactive experience, we’d love to hear what you have planned.

WHAT TO EXPECT​​

• There is no charge to host a panel!

​

• Panels are scheduled in 1-hour blocks, with 50 minutes for programming and 10 minutes for transition/setup. Microphones will be cut at the 55-minute mark.

​

• Submitting a panel does not guarantee acceptance. Approved panels will be confirmed by email no later than three weeks before the event.

​

• Panel submissions close July 5, 2026. Reviews will begin after the deadline.

​

• Accepted panelists will receive complimentary convention badges. 

​

• Anime San Diego may adjust panel times or locations as needed. Filming is allowed, but must not block or disrupt the audience.
